Jonathan and Roger were absolutely wonderful! Jonathan was extremely responsive and willing to work with me on song requests. Could not have asked for a better duo to play at our wedding!

Tin Brother is an instrumental group with a sound rooted in alternative, indie, and classic pop. Crafting each performance with live looping and improvising adds intriguing new dimensions to their crowd pleasing repertoire. They can perform as a duo, trio, or quartet.

As a whole, the Trio produces a masterful performance filled with keen musical insight, evocative text painting, and enticing sound quality.

AllMusic Review by Mike D. Brownell

Tin Brother Duet played for the ceremony and cocktail hour. It was the best money spent for the entire wedding! They were fabulous!! Everyone commented on how well they played together, and they loved the repertoire of songs. Their music added beauty to the ceremony. We couldn't have been happier with this duet!!

Tin Brother duet

February 7, 2018 by

Tin Brother is an instrumental guitar and bass duo with a full sound rooted in alternative, indie, and classic pop. Although primarily acoustic, the finger-style guitar and standup bass are augmented by the tasteful use of effects pedals and live loopers allowing them to add percussion, ambience, and multiple instrumental tracks live during the performance. Every sound the audience hears is made live with the guitar and bass. No prerecorded material is used. The result is studio quality tone of a full band in a compact package. Audiences can expect to hear instrumental performances of both familiar and original songs giving an overall impression of a stylish movie soundtrack.
