Mel’s Ensemble Sample |
Mel’s Trio provides the best in background Jazz instrumentals.
From his East Coast Baltimore, Maryland roots, Mel’s guitar provides a roomful of music. His instrumental styling provides a warm, inviting sound, just right for that special occasion. With crisp, clean sounds inspired by such Jazz guitar legends as Jim Hall, Wes Montgomery, and Pat Metheny, Mel’s styles of the Jazz Standards, Bossa / Sambas, and some of your favorites are well-played with an original Jazz flair. |

Tina Gugeler first heard a hammered dulcimer in Ketchikan, Alaska. It quickly became her passion and soon it seemed everyone on the island had heard Tina and her band, BearFoot. She played for cruise ship tourists, for weddings and dances, and at the Alaska Folk Festival in Juneau. Over the years, Tina has won many local and regional competitions and in the year 2000 she won the U.S. National Hammered Dulcimer Championship. She appears on recordings by Grand view Victorian Orchestra, Denver’s High Strung and plays with the dance band Balance and Swing, Grand view Victorian Orchestra, and variations of Denver’s High Strung (Unstrung Heroes)
